Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bliss Balls

That dough tho!! These bliss balls are seriously so yummy, and they taste like actual cookie dough! Watch out though 😀 these are addicting. But don’t worry, these are completely healthy and guilt free! entirely fruit-sweetened and vegan 🙂

Ingredients:

yields about 10 2 tbsp large bliss balls

1 cup pitted deglet noor dates

3/4 cup plant milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

2- 2 1/4 cup oat flour

2oz (or more if you’d like!) 100% cacao chocolate bar, chopped into little pieces

Directions:

  1. combine dates, plant milk, and vanilla extract in high speed blender until fully combined and creamy af
  2. Next, in food processor pour in the date mixture and slowly mix in all of the flour until a dough forms that isn’t too sticky and you can form balls with.
  3. once that texture is reached, hand mix in the chopped chocolate pieces until evenly dispersed.
  4. lastly, form the dough into little balls (I made mine about 2 tbsp big each) 🙂

Super Soft Peanut Butter Cookies

Heyyyyy!! Coming to y’all with some yummy peanut butter cookies!! I absolutely LOVE peanut butter. These cookies are soft, cakey, and delicious! ENJOY!

Super Soft Peanut Butter Cookies

yields about 8 cookies

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup deglet nour dates

1 1/2 cup oat flour

1/4 cup unsweetened peanut butter

3/4 cup plant milk

1/2 tsp baking powder

1 tbsp corn starch

1 tsp vanilla extract

DIRECTION

1.Preheat over to 375F.

2.In a mixing bowl combine oat flour, baking powder, and corn starch.

3.Blend together dates, plant milk, peanut butter, and vanilla extract in blender until a paste forms.

4.Mix date paste into dry mixture until a dough forms.

5.With an icecream scoop, spoon out some dough onto your hands (make sure your hands have been floured up) and form into balls.

6.Place dough balls onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.

7.Flatten tops of cookies with your hand, and then place in oven for 14-16 minutes until cookies are firm to touch.
