Delicious Vegan Waffles!

HEY PEEPS! I am obsessed with waffles right now, so I created some variations for ya!

enjoy! I know I enjoyed eating them XD

I made 3 versions for y’all!

WAFFLE BASE:

yields 2 waffles

Ingredients:

-1 large banana

-1 cup oat flour

-3/4 cup plant milk

-2 tsp baking powder

-1/2 tsp cinnamon

-1 tsp vanilla extract

-2 tbsp ground flax (optional)

Directions:

1.Blend all ingredients in blender until fully combined.

2.Bake according to your waffle maker’s directions 🙂

 

FOR STRAWBERRY BANANA PEANUT BUTTER WAFFLE (pic 1)

1.arrange one chopped banana on top of waffle and a few chopped strawberrys

2.then put some peanut butter in a ziplock sandwich bag, and cut one tip off of it (so it’s like a piping bag) and drizzle all over waffle. if you have a piping bag you can use that instead of a ziplock bag 🙂

FOR APPLE PEANUT BUTTER WAFFLE (pic 2)

1.cut one apple into thin slices, and arrange onto waffle however you’d like (I tried to make them into a flower)

2.you can also add some chopped banana and strawberry, if you wish (I know I did XD)

3.then drizzle some pb on dat waffle!

 

FOR CHOCOLATE-BANANA-PEANUT BUTTER WAFFLE (pic 3)

1.cut one banana into thin slices, and arrange on waffle

2.then drizzle peanut butter and chocolate sauce all over that waffle!

to make chocolate sauce:

ingredients:

1/2 cup deglet nour dates

1/4 cup plant milk

1-2 tbsp cacao powder

directions:

1.Blend all ingredients in blender until a smooth sauce forms!
