Mini Lemon Chia Seed Donuts

These lemon donuts remind me of the lemon poppy seed muffins my mom made when I was younger 🙂 lol I didn’t have poppy seeds tho, so I used chia seeds 😀 later, I might make a glaze to go on top of these, stay tuned!


yields 16-20 mini donuts

1 cup dates

1/2 cup plant milk + another 1/2 cup

juice of one small lemon

1/2 cup whole wheat flour

1/2 cup oat flour

1/2 tsp organic lemon extract

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda


  1. in high speed blender, mix dates, lemon juice, and 1/2 cup plant milk until creamy.
  2. then, in mixing bowl combine all dry ingredients.
  3. mix in the date paste, other 1/2 cup of plant milk, and the lemon extract into the dry mixture until fully combined and clump free.
  4. grease a mini donut pan (if not using non-stick) and fill every mold full, flattening the tops.
  5. bake at 350F for 15 minutes
  6. let them cool and then enjoy!

Whole Wheat Vegan Pizza Crust

Hey guys! i’m coming to you with a healthy whole wheat pizza crust that is absolutely delicious! This is definetly my favorite pizza crust and it’s quick and easy!

2 1/4 cup whole wheat flour

1 cup water

1 tsp garlic

1 tsp salt

1 tbsp nutritional yeast


  1. Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl until you get a nice dough ball that isn’t too sticky, if needed, you may add more flour.
  2. roll out dough into a thin circle about the size of a normal pizza, and then fold over ends to make a thicker crust around the entire circle.
  3. bake at 400F for 15 minutes on non-stick cookie sheet.
  4. add all desired toppings (tomato sauce, vegan cheese, peppers, beans, etc)
  5. then, bake in oven for 5 more minutes!
  6. done!
  • for the pizza sauce I used 1 8 oz can of tomato sauce and a 12 oz can of tomato paste. mix them together in a bowl and add desired seasonings to taste. I used about 1 tsp salt, 3/4 tsp garlic salt, and 1/4 tsp sweet basil 🙂

Fruit-Sweetened Peanut Butter and Chocolate Chia Pudding

Y’all have to try this pudding, it does not taste healthy lol 😀 yet it’s vegan and fruit-sweetened! My boyfriend (whom eats non-vegan and unhealthy af) actually tried this and the first thing he said was “WOW, this does not taste healthy at all” 😀  so try this pudding today! it’s so sweet and creamy 🙂


yields a little over a cup of pudding

for chocolate pudding:

1/2 cup pitted deglet noor dates

1/2 cup plant milk

1 tbsp cacao powder 

1 tbsp chia seeds

for peanut butter pudding:

1/2 cup pitted deglet noor dates

1/2 cup plant milk

2 tbsp unsweetened and oil free peanut butter

1 tbsp chia seeds


  1. for each separate pudding, mix all ingredients besides chia seeds in a high speed blender and blend until super smooth.
  2. then, stir in chia seeds
  3. lastly, let both pudding mixes sit in the fridge for 30 min- 1 hour to thicken a little more 🙂

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bliss Balls

That dough tho!! These bliss balls are seriously so yummy, and they taste like actual cookie dough! Watch out though 😀 these are addicting. But don’t worry, these are completely healthy and guilt free! entirely fruit-sweetened and vegan 🙂

yields about 10 2 tbsp large bliss balls

1 cup pitted deglet noor dates

3/4 cup plant milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

2- 2 1/4 cup oat flour

2oz (or more if you’d like!) 100% cacao chocolate bar, chopped into little pieces


  1. combine dates, plant milk, and vanilla extract in high speed blender until fully combined and creamy af
  2. Next, in food processor pour in the date mixture and slowly mix in all of the flour until a dough forms that isn’t too sticky and you can form balls with.
  3. once that texture is reached, hand mix in the chopped chocolate pieces until evenly dispersed.
  4. lastly, form the dough into little balls (I made mine about 2 tbsp big each) 🙂

Healthy ChickPea Pizza Crust

2/3 cup chickpea flour (make your own my grinding chickpeas in a high powered blender)

1/2 cup plant milk

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp salt

1 tbsp nutritional yeast (optional)

1/4 tsp pepper



  1. In mixing bowl, combine all dry ingredients.
  2. Mix the plant milk into the dry ingredients until fully combined.
  3. Heat griddle to 400F, and grease pan with a little bit of oil if not using a non-stick griddle.
  4. Pour all of the batter onto the griddle into a circle, like a pancake.
  5. Cook for 1-2 minutes, until you check the bottom of it with a spatula and it’s hardened and not gooey.
  6. Flip and cook other side for 1-2 minutes, until hardened.
  7. Take of griddle and add any fixings you would like! any tomato sauce will work, and the toppings are endless!

*To make the heart shape: Trace a heart on some wax paper and cut it out. Next, place the heart cut-out on the pizza crust and cut around the stencil with a knife. Done!

Delicious Vegan Waffles!


HEY PEEPS! I am obsessed with waffles right now, so I created some variations for ya!

enjoy! I know I enjoyed eating them XD


I made 3 versions for y’all!




yields 2 waffles


-1 large banana

-1 cup oat flour

-3/4 cup plant milk

-2 tsp baking powder

-1/2 tsp cinnamon

-1 tsp vanilla extract

-2 tbsp ground flax (optional)


1.Blend all ingredients in blender until fully combined.

2.Bake according to your waffle maker’s directions 🙂



1.arrange one chopped banana on top of waffle and a few chopped strawberrys

2.then put some peanut butter in a ziplock sandwich bag, and cut one tip off of it (so it’s like a piping bag) and drizzle all over waffle. if you have a piping bag you can use that instead of a ziplock bag 🙂


1.cut one apple into thin slices, and arrange onto waffle however you’d like (I tried to make them into a flower) can also add some chopped banana and strawberry, if you wish (I know I did XD)

3.then drizzle some pb on dat waffle!

Super Soft Peanut Butter Cookies


Heyyyyy!! Coming to y’all with some yummy peanut butter cookies!! I absolutely LOVE peanut butter. These cookies are soft, cakey, and delicious! ENJOY!

Super Soft Peanut Butter Cookies

yields about 8 cookies


1 cup deglet nour dates

1 1/2 cup oat flour

1/4 cup unsweetened peanut butter

3/4 cup plant milk

1/2 tsp baking powder

1 tbsp corn starch

1 tsp vanilla extract


1.Preheat over to 375F.

2.In a mixing bowl combine oat flour, baking powder, and corn starch.

3.Blend together dates, plant milk, peanut butter, and vanilla extract in blender until a paste forms.

4.Mix date paste into dry mixture until a dough forms.

5.With an icecream scoop, spoon out some dough onto your hands (make sure your hands have been floured up) and form into balls.

6.Place dough balls onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.

7.Flatten tops of cookies with your hand, and then place in oven for 14-16 minutes until cookies are firm to touch.


Fruit-Sweetened Blueberry Muffins


Hello everyone! I have re-did my mixed berry muffins from Instagram and have turned them into just blueberry muffins 🙂 they taste better to me. I hope y’all enjoy these!

Fruit-Sweetened Blueberry Muffins

yields about 8 muffins 🙂


1 cup deglet noor dates

1 1/4 cup plant milk

1 1/4 cup oat flour

1 tbsp baking powder

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 tbsp ground flax (optional)

1/2-3/4 cup blueberrys


  1. Pre-heat oven to 350F.
  2. In mixing bowl, combine the oat flour, baking powder, and flax.
  3. Blend dates, plant milk, and vanilla extract in blender until a paste forms.
  4. Slowly stir date paste into dry mixture until fully combined.
  5. Fold blueberry’s into batter.
  6. Line muffin tin with cupcake liners and spoon in batter about 3/4 the way full (optionally you can sprinkle the tops with chia seeds if you’d like).
  7. Bake for 20-23 minutes until tops are firm 🙂


Peanut Butter Banana Baked Oatmeal



Ok, I would like to start this post off by saying that I am addicted to this oatmeal. Like it’s really an issue. I’ve made this stuff 3 days in a row! and for the first two days I ate the whole thing within a few hours or I ate the whole thing in one whole sitting. Today I maintained self control though, only ate half this time 😀 saved the last half for tomorrow’s breakfast 🙂


This baked oatmeal is quickly turning into one of my favorite meals. Mostly because it’s super nummy and really easy to make. I love easy recipes because, let’s be honest, i’m pretty lazy 😀


NOW ON TO THE RECIPE!  I really hope you try it out and enjoy it! 😀

Peanut Butter Banana Baked Oatmeal

Serves 2


1 cup oats

1 cup almond milk (or any other non-dairy milk)

2 tbsp ground flaxseed

1 tbsp chia seeds

2 large ripe bananas

½ cup dates

1tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp cinnamon

Peanut butter (as much as you would like)


  1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Place oats, cinnamon, flax, chia seeds, vanilla extract, and ¾ cup of almond milk in a mixing bowl.
  3. Blend dates and ¼ cup of the almond milk in a blender until smooth.
  4. Pour date mixture into the mixing bowl with other ingredients.
  5. Mash one banana with a fork and add to the mixing bowl, mixing until fully combined.
  6. Pour mixture into a 5×9 loaf baking dish lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 35-40 min in oven, until top is firm.
  8. Once cool, take out of the baking dish by holding the parchment paper, and then cut on a flat surface.
  9. Cut up other banana into thin slices and stack on top of your oatmeal slice.
  10. Pipe peanut butter on it using a piping bag with a small piping tip or you could additionally use a small Ziploc bag and cut one tip off of it.
  11. Enjoy!
